This 6-day/7-night retreat is different: We devote significant time (27 hours) to the practice of yoga and somatics in the intimacy of a small group setting (up to 19 students).
For the yogis,
you get three sessions a day with me - a 2 hour morning session + a 2 hour afternoon session every day, and a 1 hour evening session every second night. Groups are small and class is personalised.
For the nature lovers, mornings after yoga and breakfast can be spent exploring the beaches, cliffs, forests and hills of the Ibizan countryside.
Ibizan nature will be in abundant bloom in April.

Come and be spoiled by the amazing, nourishing vegetarian food prepared with the freshest ingredients the island of Ibiza can provide.
Yoga, Somatics & meditation
This retreat is for teachers and experienced practitioners who wish to deepen their practice physically, mentally, energetically or spiritually.
Immerse yourself in asana, vinyasa, somatic yoga, self-enquiry, breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Classes draw on embodied anatomy, yoga therapy, clinical Hanna Somatics, developmental and functional movement.
Enjoy being part of a like-minded community of teachers, movers, ‘somanauts’, anatomy geeks and spiritual seekers.

Lotus House is a modern, Ibizan Finca style villa with breathtaking sea views overlooking the islands of Cala Comte boasting stunning sunsets as an evening-filling program. Located just 5 minutes from Cala Bassa / Cala Comte / Cala Tarida (30 from Ibiza town).
The decor is an eclectic mix of Balinese, Indian, African and Arabic pieces that fit perfectly in this unique Balearic house. The huge infinity pool has a beach-like entry and jacuzzi.
Multiple lounge areas including an enormous common lounge as well as a Sauna and Infinity Pool leave plenty of opportunities in and around the house to retreat for peace.

About Lisa Petersen
Lisa Petersen is a somatics innovator and yoga teacher trainer who is passionate about guiding people towards personal transformation both on and off the mat. She is internationally known for her integrity, clarity and presence. Her teaching is informed by a rich understanding of embodiment, experiential anatomy and developmental movement patterns. She is moved by finding the balance between being and doing, movement and stillness, strength and fluidity, discipline and freedom
Enjoy 27 hours of formal training. Sessions include asana, vinyasa, somatic inquiry, breathwork, meditation, and yoga nidra.

No, the price doesn't include your airfare or transportation to the venue.
You will fly into Ibiza airport. Ibiza Airport is the international airport serving the Balearic Islands of Ibiza and Formentera in Spain located 7 km southwest of Ibiza Town.
Take a taxi from the airport (a 20 minute ride). Contact the office at info@living-yoga.ie if you’d like to ride share. Or hire a car at the airport if you plan on exploring the island in your time off.
No, you don't need to rent a car if you don't want to. If you want to explore the island in your breaks, however it may be useful to rent a car. You may want to come together and rent a car with other participants.
